Services
DXP Strategies provides digital consulting services including local visibility optimization, website and UX strategy, analytics and reporting setup, and AI workflow consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

The Free Visibility Report is provided at no charge and no obligation. It represents our assessment of your local online presence based on publicly available information. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Packages and Payment
Paid service packages are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Payment is due as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on an engagement if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to the accounts and platforms required to complete the work. Delays caused by missing information or access may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for their engagement. DXP Strategies retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Results Disclaimer
We apply real expertise and proven methods to every engagement, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, market conditions, and client implementation.
Limitation of Liability
DXP Strategies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid for that engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
